RETURNS

We hope you will be delighted with your Harlow Fine Jewellery purchase. Our returns policy differs for online and in-store purchases, so please review the relevant section below.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Eligible items purchased online may be returned for a refund or exchange. Please notify us at hello@harlowjewellery.ie within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item following the instructions provided.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn other than for fitting, with all tags attached. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service appropriate to the value of the item.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Where an eligible online order is cancelled in full within the statutory cooling-off period, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

MADE-TO-ORDER, BESPOKE & SPECIAL ORDERS

Bespoke, made-to-order, personalised, engraved or resized pieces, including engagement rings and special-order items created or altered to your specifications, cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Items purchased in store may be returned in store within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases made in store. Made-to-order, bespoke, personalised and specially commissioned pieces are also excluded from this policy.

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly described goods are not affected.
