We’re so confident you’ll love your Harlow Fine Jewellery online purchase that we offer a money-back guarantee on all jewellery items across the boutique. If for whatever reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your new purchase, simply post the jewellery back to us in its original packaging including all tags still attached within 14 days of placing your order. Your refund will be credited to you as soon as we’ve received the item.

Exchanges: 

We’re equally happy to provide exchanges on purchases made with us. Please return the item as per the process above, providing details of the item you’d like to exchange it for and we’ll post it out to you as soon as we receive your return.

INSTORE PURCHASES

Items purchased instore can be returned for an in-store credit or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. (Purchases made in store can only be returned instore)
